PILATES
Pilates is a class to build your core strength, help you to relax and stretch every joint in the body both standing up and on the floor. The overall effect that you feel is a feeling of release from any tension and improvement of posture.
You also think about breathing and the beneficial effects that are achieved by slowing and deepening your breath.
The class is fun and a great group.
Bring a mat, an old tie and a blanket/towel to protect knees.
Afterwards there will be an opportunity to have coffee and a chat.
