This group has been in existence for more than a year now and has a small group of people, who basically all feel that it is of benefit to them.

We are not polished writers but enjoy trying. Some of us find writing memorabilia very therapeutic and below you will find examples of both story and memory.

We have fun while discussing what we have done and find it a friendly place to be. In the past month I have welcomed three new members which will broaden our horizons even more.

TITLE: A WARM NIGHT OF SLEEPLESSNESS:-

Little Bo - Peep
Has lost her sheep.
So sheep remind us of Bo-Peep,
And Bo-Peep reminds us of sleep,
Especially if we can't get any -
Shallow or deep.

Some try counting sheep
That's there insomnia remedy
For others it's paraceet
To make snoring a reality.
Doesn't work, though, universally -
Perhaps for only one in three.

Could try counting parakeets!
Just might bring slumber
Between the sheets
Or get up and have a cup of tea,
Defying the rumoured and dreaded caffeine.
Giving the carpet a thorough good clean
Might expel suffiicient energy
To produce that elusive serenity
That takes us to that place of dreams
That we can only obteen
If we could just get some sleep,
Collapse in a heap
And drift off, drop off, easily.
And sweetly
And Bo-Peeply.
